Sarah Joy is a graduate of Wellington College, and has a passion for helping people to feel healthier and deal with injuries and rehabilitation. In addition to massage therapy Sarah Joy works with the Winkler Flyers as a trainer and RMT, as well as coaches competitive volleyball for the Aztecs Club.
Sarah Joy focuses on assessment and treatment and has taken many continuing education courses to further aid in treatment. Training includes RAPID Neurofascial Reset, Cupping, LAST (Ligament Articular Strain Technique), Pregnant Pelvis, Kinesiology Taping, and many others.
